Naomi is a 500-hour Yoga Teacher. She received her 200-hour Hatha yoga certification in 2010 and has taught at several studios in the Orlando area focusing on basics for beginners and teaching the benefits of yoga props.

In 2021, she received her 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training with an emphasis on decolonizing her practice.

Naomi strives to offer yoga that is safe and accessible to individuals of varying abilities. She teaches her students to establish and practice their own personal boundaries to feel empowered and free.
